what is the shelf life?

Both our 4.25oz Pouches and 2oz snack packs have a shelf life of 10 months. We guarantee quality and freshness well within those timelines.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping isn’t free—we just keep it separate instead of hiding it in product prices. Rates are based on your order’s weight and distance from our Michigan location, so West Coast orders may cost more.
We don’t profit from shipping; you pay exactly what we’re charged.

Tip: Orders over $50 ship free! (Just make sure your total is still over $50 after any discount codes.)

Can product melt shipping to warmer climates?

Yes - our product is susceptible to deterioration in prolonged warmer environments. If you live in an exceptionally warm environment - we recommend utilizing the insulated liner and gel packs to protect your purchase as well as shipping insurance through shipTection

Do we accept returns or exchanges?

We always strive for the best customer experience possible. We cannot accept returns due to food safety reasons.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping—but we hope to in the future! For now, our products are available for delivery anywhere in the 50 U.S. states, so you can still get Chunk Nibbles no matter where you are in the country.
